There have been times when working with coaching clients the client’s progress was blocked or stalled until deeper mental and/or emotional issues were resolved.
As a coach, I only help move people forward in their desired journeys. So when the client and I agree that the best course of action is for them to seek licensed professional help, I wholeheartedly encourage them to seek what will serve them best.

My daughter, Dr. Jess Gray, is the licensed clinical psychologist I refer my clients to! We started partnering a couple of years ago after one of our Positive Intelligence participants highly encouraged us to work together.
